Welcome to Very Much AI ("the Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Provisional Terms & Conditions ("Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply temporarily while Very Much AI is in its early operational stage, before formal incorporation.

1. About the Platform

Very Much AI is a digital marketplace connecting:

• Companies seeking to implement AI solutions, and

• AI Talent (freelancers, engineers, consultants, and teams) who have undergone a verification process.

Very Much AI is not a party to any contract between companies and talent. The Platform provides tools for matching, communication, verification, and—when applicable—escrow-based payments.

2. User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Keep your login credentials confidential

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Marketplace Functionality

3.1 Posting Projects

Companies may publish AI project briefs including scope, timelines, technical needs, and budget.

3.2 Intelligent Matching

The Platform suggests verified AI talent based on:

• Technical skills

• Industry experience

• Past case studies

• Portfolio quality

Companies decide freely whom to hire.

3.3 Agreements Between Users

The service contract is exclusively between the company and the talent.
Very Much AI does not supervise or control work delivery and is not responsible for contractual obligations.

3.4 Escrow & Payments

Where applicable:

• Payments are held securely until milestones are approved.

• Releases occur upon confirmation from the company.

• Platform fees (if any) will be clearly communicated before hiring.

4. Responsibilities

4.1 Very Much AI DOES NOT guarantee:

• Specific results or outcomes of a project

• The accuracy or completeness of user-provided information

• The performance, reliability, or conduct of either companies or talent

4.2 Very Much AI DOES provide:

• A reasonable verification process for talent

• Tools for secure payments (via third-party providers)

• Basic support during the project lifecycle

5. Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content

• Attempt to manipulate ratings or matching algorithms

• Circumvent Platform payments or fees

• Use the Platform for fraud, spam, or harmful activities

Very Much AI may suspend accounts without notice in cases of suspected misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

The brand Very Much AI, its logo, designs, and platform interface are the property of their owner.

AI deliverables created by talent belong to the hiring company unless otherwise agreed between them.
Very Much AI does not claim ownership over user deliverables.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Very Much AI collects personal data as necessary to:

• Create and manage accounts

• Enable matching

• Facilitate payments

• Improve platform performance

Data is processed according to Mexican privacy law (LFPDPPP) and, when applicable, GDPR principles.

A full Privacy Policy will be published shortly.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises between company and talent:

1. Parties should aim for a direct resolution.

2. Very Much AI may review evidence and act as a neutral mediator.

3. Decisions regarding escrow releases may be made based on submitted evidence.

Very Much AI is not liable for contractual breaches, incomplete work, or indirect damages between parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is”, without warranties of continuous availability or error-free operation.

Very Much AI shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Business interruption

• Third-party platform failures

• User misconduct

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid to the Platform for the affected project.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The date of last update will always be visible above.

11. Governing Law

Until Very Much AI is formally incorporated, these Terms are governed by:

• The laws of Mexico, and

• Standard international digital marketplace practices.

Any dispute shall be handled in Ciudad de México.
