Model and confidence

What sets Verymuch.ai apart from other freelancer marketplaces like Upwork or Fiverr?

Verymuch.ai is a vertical marketplace exclusively focused on Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Unlike generalist platforms, we verify talent based on proven technical delivery in real AI projects—not just profiles or self-reported skills. Our vetting focuses on hands-on capabilities in areas such as RAG systems, autonomous agents, and AI-driven content generation.

We also offer two clear hiring models:

  1. Custom projects for complex, high-impact AI needs, and

  2. Ready-to-use Service Packages with fixed pricing for faster, lower-risk implementation.

How does the talent verification (vetting) process work?

Our vetting process is designed to filter for real technical quality, not just credentials. We evaluate candidates based on their proven ability to deliver functional AI solutions in real-world environments, rather than on theoretical knowledge alone.

This ensures you are matched with experts who can actually implement everything from advanced chatbots to complex automation workflows—and make them work in production.

No fluff. Just builders who ship.

Scrow

How do Protected Payments (Escrow) work and what security do they provide?

We use an escrow-based payment system to protect both clients and talent. When you hire a service, you deposit the full amount upfront, but the funds are held in a secure, neutral account. Payment is released to the expert only after you have reviewed and approved the delivered work.

This ensures you pay only for satisfactory results—no surprises, no unnecessary risk.

Can I pay in my local currency (Dollars, Euros or Mexican Pesos)?

Yes. Verymuch.ai supports multi-currency transactions, including US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and Mexican Pesos (MXN). This allows you to manage your budget with full transparency, avoid hidden currency conversion fees, and simplify accounting within your local jurisdiction.

Simple, clear, and built for cross-border business.

Intellectual Property

Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP) of the AI developments or content created?

Under our standard terms, once payment has been completed and released, all intellectual property rights to the delivered work are transferred to the client. This operates under a "work-for-hire” principle, ensuring that your company retains full ownership of the code, agents, or generated assets.

Note for U.S. users: We recommend reviewing the latest guidance from the U.S. Copyright Office regarding AI-generated content.

Employment Relationship

(For Spain/Mexico) Does hiring through the platform create an employment relationship?

No. The relationship established through Verymuch.ai is strictly commercial (B2B). Experts on our platform operate as independent contractors (freelancers/autónomos) with their own organization and resources.

There is no employment subordination or exclusivity, which helps ensure compliance with local regulations such as the prohibition of misclassified contractors ("false autónomos”) in Spain or labor misclassification in Mexico.

Talent Services

How can I sell my services if I don’t want to constantly send proposals?

You can create Service Packages. This feature allows you to define a fixed scope, price, and delivery timeline for standardized solutions (e.g., "Customer Support Chatbot Setup”).

Clients can purchase these packages directly, enabling you to generate more predictable income while significantly reducing the time spent on negotiations and back-and-forth. Sell once, deliver many times.

What commissions does the platform charge freelancers?

In general, talent marketplaces charge a service fee based on the total project value. At Verymuch.ai, this fee covers payment processing, escrow protection, client acquisition and marketing, and ongoing platform support.

For the exact and most up-to-date rates, we recommend reviewing the current Terms of Service, where all applicable fees are detailed transparently.

Straightforward, fair, and designed so you can focus on building—not chasing payments.

Why do you need my address?

We request your address because some projects require on-site or hybrid work. This information helps us determine geographic compatibility, comply with local legal or tax requirements, and ensure accurate project matching when physical presence is necessary.

Your address is used only for operational and compliance purposes and is never shared without your consent.
